It blocks out all the light including around the nose most miss.
The strap is so much better than others around, nice and soft to the side of the face, not cheap elastic.
Velcro adjustment for anyone wondering.
I used to have a simple silk eye mask, which didn't block all the light, and this one is a complete game changer It's completely black-out, but at the same time breathable and nice to the skin. I have a sensitive undereye area, but so far, no issues.
Also it's very comfy on the head because it's adjustable. Totally recommend! Super value for money
